Versunkener Apfelkuchen mit Streusel
Reicht für 1 Springform
Zutaten:
für den Teig: 125 g Butter, 100 g Zucker, 1/4 TL gemahlene Vanille (altern. 1 Päckch. Vanillezucker), 3 Eier, geriebene Schale von 1/2 Zitrone, 200 g Mehl, 2 TL Backpulver, 1-2 EL Milch (Teig soll reißend vom Löffel fallen)
für den Belag: 4 Äpfel, 1 TL Zimt, 1 EL Zucker, 1/2 TL gemahlene Vanille, Saft von 1/2 Zitrone, etwas geschmolzene Butter
für die Streusel: 100 g Butter, 50-80 g Zucker, 100-150 g Mehl
1. Backochen auf 180°C (Umluft) vorheizen.
Äpfel schälen, entkernen und vierteln. In einer Schüssel mit Zitronensaft, Zucker, Zimt und Vanille rühren und zur Seite stellen.
2. Butter und Zucker schaumig rühren. Eier unterrühren. Restliche Zutaten unterrühren und in eine gefette Springform gleichmäßig verteilen.
3. Apfelspalten mit einem Messer einritzen und eng auf den Teig verteilen. Äpfel mit zerlassener Butter bestreichen.
4. Zutaten für die Streusel zu Streuselteig verarbeiten und über die Äpfel verteilen.
5. Kuchen für 25 min backen. Dann mit Alufolie bedecken und weitere 20 min backen. Den Holzstäbchentest machen. Warm genießen :)

German apple cake
Ingredients:
for the dough: 125 g butter, 100 g sugar, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, 3 eggs, zest of 1/2 lemon, 200 g flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1-2 tbsp milk
for the apples: 4 apples, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, juice from 1/2 lemon, some melted butter
for the topping: 100 g butter, 50-80 g sugar, 100-150 g flour
1. Preheat your oven at 350°.
Peal and core the apples, divide them into four. Stear them with the lemonjuice, vanilla, cinnamon and sugar in a bowl and put it aside.
2. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs and the rest of the ingredients for the dough and stir it until everything is well combined. Butter your baking pan and put the dough in it.
3. Score your apple quaters and put them tight on the dough. Baste the apples.
4. With your hands, knead out of the ingredients for the topping some "Streusel". It has to be like crumb dough. Sprinkel it over the apples.
5. Bake for about 25 minutes. Cover the cake with some tinfoil and bake for additional 20 min.
Serve while its warm :)

Das Rezept klingt total super! :-D Ich kenne noch den kleinen Trick, bei Apfelkuchen immer möglichst viele unterschiedliche Sorten von Äpfeln zu benutzen - dann wird der Geschmack vielfältiger.
Vielen lieben Dank. Den Trick kannte ich noch nicht. Ich hab einfach Boskopäpfel verwendet :)
